Although all of the new roofs are made from glass they each have a different pattern. There s lots of little hidden things when it comes to roofs hopefully this will help.

In the latest sims 4 patch june 2018 the sims team added six new roof patterns that allow you to create glass roofs in your game. Auto roofing has been removed and instead roofs can now be pushed and pulled to the size and shape the player wants it to be. With the base game we are somewhat limited in the available roof pieces but as the game progresses more choice may be added.
